Install new cleats/pedals, transfer cleats and adjust accordingly to ensure optimal comfort and efficiency.

• Secure pedals, align cleat precisely, and optimize fore and aft placement. As you ride the trainer I'll ensure optimal knee, ankle, and foot alignment.
• Power Pedals - I'll guide you through setup to computer and optimize your data readouts and screen setup.
