When I was ready to get fit on my Madone SLR and get super into Iron Man's, I went with James again and this service. What a huge difference it made. And his insights/knowledge. Also free adjustments within 6 months!
Once fitted it felt like a brand new bike. It was so comfortable and I was dialed in. James recommended products that were best for me. He never steered me the wrong way even if I wanted an expensive item. If that item was not best for me he would recommend what was. He has sold me 3 Trek's since I started cycling 13+ years ago in Florida. And he sells Trek's again!
I had the pleasure of James' help as his customer when I had a Trek Madone road bike issue, also needed a flat kit, and a lesson on how to fix a flat. I knew how to fix a flat after his thorough demonstration. I also purchased a sleeveless cycling jersey.

I have known James for 20 years. He is the reason i fell in love with cycling. When i first started out, he helped me research bikes, compare brands, got me on a Trek and the rest is history. We have ridden a few thousand miles together, he is always ready with feed back in positioning, pedal strokes, has fit me on 3 new bikes and his knowledge is overwhelming at times.
