I had the pleasure of James' help as his customer when I had a Trek Madone road bike issue, also needed a flat kit, and a lesson on how to fix a flat. I knew how to fix a flat after his thorough demonstration. I also purchased a sleeveless cycling jersey.
He's extremely knowledgeable about the work he does, is kind, genuine, honest and has a ton of integrity.

I have known James for 20 years. He is the reason i fell in love with cycling. When i first started out, he helped me research bikes, compare brands, got me on a Trek and the rest is history. We have ridden a few thousand miles together, he is always ready with feed back in positioning, pedal strokes, has fit me on 3 new bikes and his knowledge is overwhelming at times.
